Dogs are very welcome here! The surcharge for your furry friend is €32 per dog per night. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the garden or pool area. From the Travelhouse, there are plenty of beautiful routes for you and your companion to enjoy wonderful walks together.
Parking: A covered, video-monitored parking area with electric charging stations is available for €12.00 per night. If you arrive on foot, by bike, or by public transport, parking fees will of course not apply.
Our travel protection (EUR 5 per person and overnight stay) covers you and your loved ones in the event of cancellation up to the day of arrival. This gives you the advantage of being able to cancel free of charge and without giving reasons up to one month (30 days) before arrival and you only pay the premium for the cover and the processing fee.
In the month of arrival, you are covered until the day of arrival if one of the following points applies:
- Unexpected serious illness or serious accident on your part which makes a stay impossible (only acute illnesses apply here).
- Death, serious illness or serious accident in the immediate family (spouse, partner, parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren).
- Delay through no fault of your own due to force majeure and strikes. - Significant damage to private property such as water damage, fire, burglary or theft.
On presentation of a certificate or confirmation, you will not pay any cancellation costs, but only the premium for the cover. Please note that the travel insurance does not include trip interruption. This is only included in the case of full protection insurance and in many insurance policies with a Cancellation Protection Plus package.
If you decide against our cancellation cover, the cancellation conditions according to the Austrian Hotel and Contract Conditions apply. Cancellation costs are calculated from the total price. If you cancel due to illness, please note that a written confirmation from the doctor treating you is required.
Please note that existing illnesses are only covered if they unexpectedly become acute before the start of the trip. We look forward to welcoming you.
To complete your reservation, please make a deposit of 40% of the total amount. However, your booking is already binding after your and our booking confirmation.
As soon as we receive your deposit, we will send you a deposit confirmation.
In order to avoid possible cancellation costs, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation terms:
If a confirmed booking is cancelled within
60 days before arrival, cancellation charges shall be 40 % of the total order sum.
30 days before arrival, cancellation charges shall be 70 % of the total order sum.
14 days before arrival, cancellation charges shall be 100 % of the total order sum.
In the event of cancellation, a processing fee of €50.00 will be charged per booking.
