Our recommendations: winter trails around Wängle and at the Hahnenkamm, alongside the Last Wild One, to the Ehrenberg castle ensemble, or at the Plansee. Also check out the neighboring areas of Tannheimer Valley and Lechtal-Valley. Guiding is offered by the local mountain schools.
Excellent tracks in untouched winter wonderland. Directly at LechLife, the cross-country ski trail Hahnenkammloipe takes you through the countryside. The circuit covers approx. 1,000 meters of snow-sure altitude and is exclusively prepared for the classic style. Other trails extend along the Lech River, in the neighboring Tannheim Valley and in the Zugspitz Arena.
No pack vacation without a tobogganing trip in Tyrol. You'll find great runs in the Reutte nature park region at the Alter Gaichpass or at the Schollenwiesenlift. Don't miss a stop for refreshments afterwards :).
For those of you who prefer to glide vertically, we recommend the numerous ice skating possibilities, e.g. at the picturesque ice skating rink at Haldensee in the neighboring Tannheimer Valley.
